Ingrid + Dixa
The Ingrid integration for Dixa lets support agents view detailed delivery and parcel status information directly in the Dixa conversation sidebar, reducing context switching.
It’s free for Dixa customers with a paid Ingrid subscription and shows full delivery status (including split shipments) by looking up contacts by email in Ingrid. To install it, you add your Ingrid Site ID and API token in Dixa’s Settings → Integrations → Conversation cards → Ingrid and enable the widget.
