      Functionality

      • Embedding the Ingrid Delivery Checkout(v2) on Nitro checkout page
      • Managing the Ingrid Checkout Session (e.g. add to cart, change delivery options etc.) using Ingrid Delivery Checkout API v2
      • Updating Nitro cart when e.g. selected shipping option or shipping cost was changed in the Ingrid Shipping Selector
      • Completion of the Ingrid Checkout Session on completed purchase in Nitro
      • Display selected shipping option details on order confirmation page, My Pages Order history and Order Admin in Nitro
      • Including selected shipping option details in order export to ERP - Handle abandoned carts (store the session ID on the Nitro cart and reuse it when customer returns to checkout page)
      • Including Ingrid's address form in the Shipping Selector, prefilled for logged in Nitro customers
      • Ingrid Product Page Widget on product detail page in Nitro
      • Delivery Tracking Widget on Order details page in Nitro My Pages Order history - In case of Ingrid Checkout API is failing/unavailable, Nitro Checkout fallbacks to Nitro configured shipping options

      Plugin settings

      There are no plugin settings available directly to the user, these are set up by Avensia on behalf of the retailer during the onboarding process.

      Installation guide

      1. Sign agreement with Ingrid

      2. Avensia assigns a customer team to the onboarding, the plugin is configured by Avensia on behalf of the retailer

      Support

      Support is handled by Avensia, the retailer can find who to contact and all of the conditions in the "Avensia Product License Agreement" which was signed by the retailer when signing up with Avensia.
