Typically, the merchant provides all the necessary information within the business requirements, enabling the onboarding lead to understand the specific configurations needed for the account. However, there are often requests to expand the service radius to better serve a wider range of customers. In response to our merchants' requests and needs, we provide this option. But what does this mean for our clients' customers?This means that if a customer is located up to 300 kilometers from the brick-and-mortar store, we can extend the service radius. This allows the customer to conveniently place an order for pickup while traveling to their vacation destination.
