      The Nordic Swan Ecolabel certifies products and services that meet strict environmental standards. Ingrid now supports this label for delivery services, starting with PostNord.

      Merchants can assign the Swan label to relevant delivery categories, providing their customers with transparency about eco-friendly options.

      What You Need to Know

      • What is the Nordic Swan Ecolabel?
        A certification that ensures compliance with environmental standards.
      • Supported Carriers: Currently, only PostNord is certified for the Swan label, with more carriers to be added in the future.
      • Display Behavior:
        • The Swan logo does not appear directly in the checkout for accessibility and user experience purposes.
        • The logo is displayed on the delivery details page, while the checkout includes only a text description of the label.

      Step-by-Step Guide

      1. Log in to the Merchant Admin Dashboard (MAD):
        Access your Ingrid MAD account.

      2. Go to Checkout Regions:
        Navigate to the Checkout section and select Regions.

      3. Select Your Region:
        Choose the region where you want to apply the Swan label.

      4. Assign the Swan Label to a Delivery Category:

        • Open the Delivery Categories section within the selected region.
        • Select the category where you want to add the Swan label.
        • Go to the Labels section and choose ‘Swan’ from the list.
        • The label’s name will be added automatically and cannot be edited.

      5. Verify and Save:

        • Check that the Swan label has been correctly applied to the chosen category.
