I wish to have more international websites (.uk, .no, etc), do I need a new Ingrid account?

If the predicted number of orders fits the contracted amount there is no need to open an additional account or adjust the contract with Ingrid. New websites can just fetch data from the dedicated regions that are created within the same account.
