Why can't I log in to the Ingrid Merchant Platform?

 

Due to maintenance work on the platform, it may rarely happen that it will be temporarily impossible to log in. Before reaching out to support@ingrid.com please follow the below steps:

1) Check if username and password are correct

2) Clear browsers Cookies 🍪

3) Switch to the Google Chrome browser
