Scoping

During the scoping Ingrid collects and analyses all the requirements and expectations from a Merchant which will be used in setting up the TA. It includes the delivery offerings and carrier services to be used.

What should I expect during the scoping phase?

During this phase, we expect our merchants to:

  1. Scope the project strategy (to list out all the carrier products, delivery offerings, and other specific details)
  2. Establish the configuration path and a planned go-live date
