For the Delivery Tracking module, a merchant can add tracking links to the carrier websites to track the packages directly from the site.
With an easy mapping in the Ingrid Merchant Platform, any carrier product can be set to show tracking links super easily.
What is a tracking link?
A tracking link is a link to a carrier website, where a customer could get the tracking information from. By clicking "Track it here" Ingrid Delivery Tracking would redirect a customer to a carrier site.
How to set up custom tracking links?
If your desired carrier product isn't contained in Ingrid's list of available products, or if you want to show custom tracking links, you may want to create a custom mapping.
