      What happens if an order is sent in 2 separate packages? will there be 2 tracking numbers?

      Yes, our system supports multiparcel shipments (applicable only for the latest tracking version)

      So if the shipment has X parcels there will/should be X tracking numbers and each tracking number can be viewed separately or we can show a multiparcel view when an external id is used.
