Why my configuration is not working?

 

Before reaching out to support@ingrid.com we recommend following the below steps:

1) check if all setup parts such as warehouse, region, and delivery categories are set to "active" mode

2) revise parameters that are used for testing and if they match the filters that have been applied

3) if it's a production environment and changes are not visible on your live site - make sure that the draft was published

If the problem still occurs, please do not hesitate to contact us and share as many details of the issue, as possible.
